Plastic and Printing
In the initial phase, we employ advanced techniques such as injection molding, screen printing and pad printing. These processes ensure the precise formation of plastic components and the application of detailed graphics on surfaces.

PCB Assembly
Moving forward our PCB Assembly phase incorporates laser bar coding, SMT placement, AOI, Auto/Manual Insertion, Die Bonding and Soldering. These technologies guarantee accurate component placement, through inspection, and secure bonding on printed circuit boards.

Coating
As we progress, coating becomes a pivotal stage. Through potting, selective coating, dipping and masking of coating, we apply protective layers strategically to electronic components, ensuring durability and reliability.

Automated Testing
The journey continues with automated testing, featuring CT, programming, burn-in and FCT. Computed tomography, specialized programming, stress testing and functional testing are employed to guarantee the highest standards of product quality.

Assembly and Casting
As the process continues, the product is assembled and cast to its required specifications.
